Alchemy Artist Services collaborated with Activist Artists Management, WME, and 50+ individual venues to execute social messaging, geo-targeted tour marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to boost hard ticket sales for Michael Franti’s Big Big Love coast-to-coast summer tour. Announce, Pre-Sale, and On-Sale Messaging: Executed social messaging for each phase of the promotion cycle for 50+ venues - including asset and copy creation
Meta Facebook Event + Closing Ad Plan Support : Assisted individual venues with advertising access permissions, closing advertising plan review, and individual promotion campaigns to alleviate pressure on artist management and agency teams
Email Campaigns: Coordinated geo-targeted email campaigns to official artist fan club list and main email list
Bandsintown Campaign: Leveraged artist’s 430K+ following on BandsInTown to send geo-targeted blasts throughout the promotion cycle
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Created, monitored, and optimized monthly advertising sets - including hard ticket sales, VIP upgrade sales, and official tour merchandise. We conducted extensive research via Google Reach Tool to inform the targeting, and monitored performabce weekly in accordance with each new ticket wrap report to ensure the budget was efficiently spent.
